Tomas Valenzuela.

Mix engineer based in Vancouver. Live front-of-house from clubs to stadiums; studio mixing on hybrid analog / ITB. We’re trying on six different looks for the site — three directions, each in dark and light. Tap any to open it full-screen, or hit the gear in the bottom-right once you’re inside to switch versions.

3 directions · × 2 modes · = 6 versions
// V1 — A · CONSOLE TECHNICAL Dark

Console Technical

Mono-forward, gear-spec aesthetic. Reads like a Smaart printout — status bar across the top, live VU panel, dotted rules and tick labels.

// V2 — A · CONSOLE TECHNICAL Light

Console · Light

Same console-technical chrome, on blueprint paper. The teal goes deeper to hold contrast; ticks and dotted rules read like printed engineering specs.

// V3 — B · EDITORIAL Dark

Editorial

Big serif headlines, a pull quote, generous whitespace. Treats the engineer like a feature subject — long-form profile in a music magazine.

// V4 — B · EDITORIAL Light

Editorial · Light

Cream paper, sage accent, terracotta drop. Reads like a print magazine spread — the photographs do the heavy lifting.

// V5 — C · BRUTALIST STADIUM Dark

Brutalist Stadium

Mega-type, cinematic crops, a turquoise marquee that won’t shut up. Stadium energy at every scroll position. Designed to feel like a tour poster.

// V6 — C · BRUTALIST STADIUM Light

Brutalist · Light

Black ink on white. Same mega-type but with the contrast turned all the way up — closer to a Swiss poster than a tour ad.
